Grow Your Restoration Business

Sande Restoration is a referral service. We are not hiring employees. We are looking for independent contractors who want to speak with homeowners who need help with water damage.

If you already run a restoration business, joining our network can add homeowner calls to the work you already do. You stay independent and run your own jobs.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve Chattanooga and the Greater Chattanooga area and who handle jobs such as:

• Water damage restoration
• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement and crawl-space cleanup
• Storm and burst-pipe response

Experience with local housing helps. Older mill-era homes and newer subdivisions each bring their own challenges.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed, so how you treat them matters. We ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that Tennessee requires for your work
• Be honest about availability and avoid promising what you cannot deliver
• Explain the process in plain words
• Give written quotes before work begins
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare options
• Handle your own staff, equipment and workmanship

Please do not make promises about insurance payouts. Homeowners should check their own policy.
